Booking Policy
- Single occupancy is 75% of above tariff.
- Confirmation against 100 % advance.
- Advance Payment through Cash/Bank transfer
- Credit Cards are not accepted
- Check- in- Time 12.00 Noon
- Check-out-Time 10.00 a.m.
- No walk-in guests accepted
- We will not be able to offer any refunds on rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions or due to work and family emergencies or other commitments
- Limited accommodation is available for drivers on FCFS basis @ Rs 500/- per bed only, outside the cottages. Please check with us for availability before arrival.
- Maid will be charged on “Extra Bed” basis in the guest’s own room.
- No room service available, except for snacks on order.
- Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner are served on a pre set menu basis during specified timings. Anything else apart from the preset menu would be chargeable.
- Breakfast Menu: Bread, Eggs ,Poha/Parantha/Vermicilli/etc, Butter,Jam,Pickle,Tea/coffee
- Lunch: Dal, Vegetables, Chapati, Rice, Curd, Papad, Pickle
- Dinner: Paneer/Non Veg, Dal, Vegetable, Chapati, Rice, Curd, Papad, Pickle, Dessert
Simple home cooked meals are prepared and served by our efficient staff from the local village. There is no a-la- carte menu and the meals are served as per fixed menu in our dining area. All care is taken to ensure local sourced vegetables/ vegetables from own kitchen garden. Local delicacies are also included in our menu. Our kitchen staff happily caters to all the needs of the guests from 7 Am to 9 Pm. then they have a long walk back home, so that they are back refreshed and with welcoming smile, the next day. They are more than welcoming to accommodate exceptions sometimes.

Cancellation Policy
- Less than 15 days before arrival date : No Refund
- Between 15 – 21 days before arrival date : 50% Refund
- Between 21 – 30 days before arrival date : 75% Refund
- No Refund in case of road block, accidents, no show etc.
